The practice of law is a time consuming and demanding process for most attorneys. Busy trial calendars,
client meetings, consultations, depositions, and strategy sessions combined with the demands of home and
family life often leave very little time to be spent in the library or on the computer keeping up-to-date on the
current state of the law.
That is why the Firm offers Legal Research and Writing services to solo, small, and medium sized firms who
are often under the gun in the litigation battle. Elisa Smith Rives is a former federal law clerk and is an
active litigator with extensive experience in researching and drafting motions, pleadings, memorandums,
and other court documents.
Writing Sample
Each document can be sent electronically or through U.S. Mail to you or your designate in your choice of
Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, or Adobe PDF format and the rates are competitive depending on your
needed turn around time.
